Morgan and Brian are both active in the military and were married over Memorial Day weekend at the modern Avia Hotel, a nice contrast against the historic beauty of downtown Savannah. The terrace at Avia provided the perfect urban setting for their intimate ceremony. Afterwards, a trolley took the wedding party on a short tour of Savannah. Their last name, Root, provided a theme for the day: a guest fingerprint tree, root beer floats, and root tree cake among others.
